Novotel London Heathrow Airport T1 T2 And T3 Hayes

My room was upgraded without asking, and it had everything I needed. The decor was beautiful and the cleanliness was impeccable. The Indian meal in the hotel restaurant was divine. I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel's location was perfect for our group of friends travelling from Heathrow airport. It was very easy to get to from Terminal 1, 2, and 3, with regular bus services running to and from the airport. The facilities were well maintained, and the staff were helpful with making arrangements for transportation and any other needs we had.

Our group found the size of the rooms to be quite cramped, and the layout was awkward for the two suitcases we had. However, for a one-night stay between flights, this was not a deal-breaker.
